Difficult conversations exist in an organization, more so in an educational institution. A workshop entitled “Handling Difficult Conversations” was given to two batches of Riverside College employees with managerial and supervisory positions. The 8 – hour Course was designed to help participants navigate the challenges of having tough conversations in the workplace. Tools and strategies needed to handle situations such as conflicts, performance issues, or difficult conversations with a colleague were covered. The workshop facilitator was Mr. Angel E. Lozari Jr., the President and the Lead Thinker of Lozari ConsulThink Services. There were 16 Participants for Batch 1 (June 24) and 23 Participants for Batch 2 (June 25).
