Riverside College Inc. welcomed Mr. Ausbert R. Generoso, Global Community Marketing Manager at Classpoint AI, for the “Classpoint AI Onboarding Workshop” on June 28, 2024. This intensive one-day seminar gathered over 100 faculty members and program heads from various departments. The workshop aimed to equip educators with skills to integrate ClassPoint AI into their teaching, focusing on interactive PowerPoint enhancements and personalized gamification strategies. Participants engaged in hands-on sessions and collaborative discussions, earning the title of “Classpoint AI Certified Educators” by day’s end. The workshop marked a significant advancement in educational technology at Riverside College. Mr. Generoso provided insights into ClassPoint’s tools, emphasizing practical applications like live presentation enhancement and dynamic quiz generation. Attendees also received Pro Accounts to continue integrating ClassPoint AI into their teaching practices. This initiative is expected to transform classroom dynamics, fostering innovation and interactive learning among students.

  • Issues over-the-counter medicine as requested by learners and employees of the school upon clearance with the school physicians and/or personal doctors.
  • Attends to sick learners and employees, refers them to the school physician for diagnosis, and isolates them in case of communicable diseases; coordinates with the Principal or Dean or Director for Student Services or the Human Resource Manager to enable them to inform respective parents of learners/employees on procedures undertaken on the ailing learner and his/her current condition and to generate decisions from them on what next to undertake.
  • Relays to relevant school authorities the Doctor’s advice on sending learners and employees home, or excusing their absence from classes or office work as a result of illness or accident.
  • Arranges for the transport of and/or accompanies, in the absence of a doctor or as instructed by the latter, learners / employees to their respective homes, or to a hospital in case of emergency; assists learners in availing of hospital emergency services against their insurance coverage.
