Master’s Degree in Business

GUIDANCE HEAD

MA/MS in Guidance and Counseling
Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor
At least 3 years of professional experience in guidance and counseling

PHARMACY INSTRUCTOR

Preferably a registered Pharmacist.
With Master of Science in Pharmacy is an advantage.
Additional certifications or graduate degrees in education, healthcare administration, or related fields are preferred.
At least one (1) semester of teaching experience in a higher education setting, preferably within Pharmacy.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of curriculum development, academic assessments, and accreditation processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
Use innovative teaching methods, including case-based learning, simulation, and technology integrated tools, to engage students.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT) additional certifications or graduate degrees in education, healthcare administration, or related fields are preferred.
At least 3 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting, preferably within a physical therapy program.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of curriculum development, academic assessments, and accreditation processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.

ALLIED HEALTH SERVICES TRAINING PROGRAM PART-TIME INSTRUCTORS

Bachelor’s Degree-Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Nurse
Clinical and Industry experience
National Certificate level 2 and TM1-Caregiving NC 2

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

At least 1 year of related work experience
Graduate of any 4 year course
With pleasing personality
With critical thinking skills

NURSING INSTRUCTOR

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
With Master’s Degree/ or with master’s units in Nursing is an advantage
Must have valid PRC License
Teaching experience is an advantage

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTOR

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
Must be a Registered Medical Technologist

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTOR

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology
Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist

ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY

A graduate of any 4-year course, preferable Education/IT/Communication.
With experience in Research and Community Development.

FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with CPA license
At least 5 years Financial Management experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be highly proficient in computer accounting technology.

Bachelor’s degree holder.

FINANCE MANAGER

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
A Master’s Degree holder in Finance or Business Administration (MBA).
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
With at least five (5) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related roles.
With prior experience in managing teams, budgets, financial forecasting, and strategy development.
Key skills in financial analysis and planning, budgeting, risk management, accounting (principles, regulations and financial reporting), communication skills, leadership and management, and software proficiency.
