Riverside College provided its Alumni with an exciting opportunity to connect with probable employers not just from Bacolod City but from other places in the country. The lead institution, Metro Pacific Health, participated in the job fair and opened their doors to Riverside Collegians for possible employment, along with its member hospitals: Dr. Pablo O. Torre Memorial Hospital, Marikina Valley Medical Center, Diliman Doctors Hospital, Manila Doctors Hospital, and Medical Center Imus. Aside from the MPH group of companies, several others joined the Career Day to answer their need for efficient workforce-ready: Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, Army Recruitment Office-Visayas, South Bacolod General Hospital and Medical Center, Inc., Chong Hua Hospital-Philippines,Megaworld Bacolod, Teleperformance, TTEC, Pathcutters Affordable Staff, Negros Grace Pharmacy, Grandison, and Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. There were government agencies too such as Social Security System (SSS) and the Public Employment Services Office (PESO), with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) lending its support through active collaboration. The Career Day last May 30, 2025, had for its theme “Elevating Futures,” an embodiment to RCI’s mission to develop 21st Century Global Leaders and Professionals who are workforce-ready, and equipped with the right competencies to suit the needs of the global market.
