The entire Riverside College community gathered for the General Assembly and Fellowship last July 30, 2025. President Samuel Z. Lee gave the directions for 2025 with emphasis on strengthening the RCI brand of technology, innovation, nurturing and a safe space for both students and employees. In Riverside College, education comes with care, and to welcome the students for the Academic Year 2025-2026, twenty-one classrooms in the Hortencia building and two in the Quad Rooms have been equipped with new desks. This shift from armchairs will provide students with their personal workspace that can be utilized for laptops and tablets for a more focused learning environment. The comfort rooms have also been renovated to promote better hygiene practices that may contribute to positive academic outcomes. VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Michelle M. Saplada welcomed the newly hired employees who will ensure that programs and services in the different departments are delivered efficiently and effectively.
