With hearts committed to growth and service, Riverside College Teaching Personnel gathered for a two-day training on “Standards-Based Teaching Practice: Promoting Consistency in Excellence” held on January 15–16, 2026, with Dr. Mardy D. Verano as the resource speaker.

The program fostered greater clarity on the RCI Faculty Excellence Framework (FEF) and empowered faculty to align their teaching practices with institutional standards while embracing lifelong professional learning.
